It’s Not Just About The Doctor

What does health really mean?

The Croation Medical Journal (Aug 2006) explains three definitions of health that are used today:

The first is that health is the absence of any disease or impairment. The second is that health is a state that allows the individual to adequately cope with all demands of daily life (implying also the absence of disease and impairment). The third definition states that health is a state of balance, an equilibrium that an individual has established within himself and between himself and his social and physical environment (pp. 662-664).

My life’s mission is helping others understand the value of having good health and to coach them in making positive changes.

It doesn’t really matter how health is defined. What matters most is how health can be achieved and maintained.

Internet is supposedly full of info but when it comes to finding to the point and concise information that is relevant to one’s current stage and situation in life, it’s not just hard; it’s almost impossible.

On the side note, your big hyperlink at the bottom takes to a page that says “History not found.”
